BAR MUSCLE UPS
Today we are going to spend a bit of time on the Bar Muscle Up. If you are almost there then today could be the day you get it. If you are nowhere near it, thats cool – you can work on progressions that will help you with all of your gymnastics bar work. And if you have already got it, the you can make it more efficient – something for everyone.
***For those carrying shoulder injuries, come in and we’ll give you something else to work on.
WORKOUT OF THE DAY
A. 10 min EMOM
- 3 Bar Muscle ups (or Bar Muscle Up progression)
- 7 Box Jump Overs 30/24″
B. 15 Min AMRAP
5 Bar Muscle Ups
30 Jumping Lunges
5 Wall Climbs
