WOD – Tuesday 13 June 2017

Don’t ever let your age create a culturally accepted default on what you can and cannot do.  If you want to do something, do it.  If you can’t do it, then practice, train and learn.  If there’s one thing that this CrossFit stuff has taught me, it’s that the only thing that stops me from trying something new is me.  With the right mindset and a well laid out plan, you can accomplish anything (though I do not know if I would get away with wearing a pair of budgie smugglers while doing gymnastics……..but that’s just me).

  1. 3 Front Squats @ 70% of 1RM
  2.  10 Push-ups

METCON

3 rounds for time of:

15 Burpees

15 cal Row

15 Double Unders

15 Wallballs
