Ever tried slacklining before? It requires a tremendous amount of balance.  Yet another way we can improve our overall fitness.

B. 10 min AMRAP Clean and Jerk 60/40kg


C.10min AMRAP

27 Push press- 40/25kg

27 Power cleans- 40/25kg

27 Box Jumps- 24”/20”
