A. 15 min EMOM
1.5-10 Kipping Pull-ups or pull-ups progression
2. 10 Cobra push-ups
3. 10 Lateral Box Step-overs holding a wallball
B. 2 rounds for time of:
20 cal Row
20 cal Bike
***Rest at least 5 mins between rounds. Record time for each round. Intent is to go all out!
