BE PRODUCTIVE – TRY THIS LITTLE CHALLENGE AT HOME
Here’s a little challenge you can do at home if you are unable to get into the Box or if you want something extra to do – while you are watching your favourite show on TV, I want you to do a plank or sit deep in a squat for the duration of each of the commercial breaks. Now if you are like me and watch very little commercial TV and instead watch Netflix or similar, then let’s make it 5 x 1 min holds over the course of a 1 hour show. Kill two birds with one stone – be entertained and get fitter. Who knows, you may just motivate your partner, parents, kids to join you.
