Hey guys, it’s Bodyweight Wednesday again. YES! We have added just a teeny little bit of weight to today’s workouts, but for all intents and purposes, it’s a bodyweight day.
Why do I love these days so much? Because it forces us to become more in-sync with our bodies; to focus on coordination; to take a bit more time to ensure our technique is sound; and generally speaking, there is nowhere to hide in these workouts. It takes a bit more mental grit to get through them gracefully.
On today’s menu we are serving up 3 variations of the classic “21-15-9” dish. Each workout will feature a cardio piece (run, bike, row) coupled with a dynamic movement. Prepare to get the heart rate up and the breathing heavy.
