Hey guys, just reminder that if you ever come in with an injury, please let the Coaches know so that we can change the workout for you in a way that will allow your body to recover and still allow you to participate.
Today’s workouts cover pretty much the whole body. If you have any lower body injuries then we can change the Front Squats to something upper body, and likewise, in the second WOD, if you have any shoulder, back, chest or neck issues, then we can change those movements as well to ensure you are still training.
