It doesn’t matter if you RX’d it, if you scaled it or if you completely modified a workout – getting in there and having a go deserves congratulations.

WORKOUT OF THE DAY

METCON

In teams of 4:                  

BUY IN – 1200m Run carrying 1 x 20kg plate and 1 x 16kg kettlebell                        

then 3 rounds of:                        

80 Push-ups                   

80 cal Row                     

80 Box Jumps                   

80 Pull-ups
