WORKOUT OF THE DAY

METCON

“Kalsu”                           

Every minute on the minute perform 5 burpees,

then in remaining time perform thrusters until 100 thrusters have been performed 60/40kg         

****Can be done in pairs or individual.  Alternate minutes if done in pairs.
