Bulgarian Split Squats 10-10-10 (5 each leg)
METCON
In teams of 4, perform 25 min AMRAP of:
50 Pull-ups (one person must hold a plank)
50 Thrusters 40/30kg (one person must hang from bar or rings)
50 cal Row (one person must hold squat with back against wall and 15kg plate on lap)
