A great turnout yesterday for our ANZAC Day workout – this is about half of the people who actually showed up.  Everyone really dug deep for the 3 Aussie HERO WODs.

10 HSPU (scale to 10 kick-ups to wall; or 10 Box HSPU; or 10 Push-ups)                           

10 C2B (scale to Pull-ups with or without a band; or Ring Rows)                            

10 V-ups                           

1200m Run                     

10 Ring Dips (scale to Dips on the squat stands or between 2 boxes)                         

10 Strict Pull-ups (scale to banded pull-ups or Ring Rows)         

60 sec Plank                     

1000m Row                     

20 Push-ups                    

10 Toes to Bar (scale to Hanging knee raises)                   

10 Lying Straight Leg Raises                                  

30 cal Bike
