SATURDAY 8AM TEAM WORKOUT & 3PM OLY LIFTING
Come in and join us for a sweet little team workout at 8am. There’s nothing too technical. Hook up with some friends, throw down, then head off and enjoy your weekend. Oh, and don’t forget, Bunnings is running his Oly Lifting session at 3pm. Come in and be “one” with the steel.
*****ANZAC DAY (next Tuesday) will be 9.30am session only. We’ll be doing a huge partner workout where you guys will work through 2 to 3 Aussie Hero WODs back to back*****

90 Kettlebell Swings 24/16kg
500m Row (one person only)
90 Anchored Sit-ups
30/20 Cal Assault Bike (0ne person only)
200m Run (one person only)
