A MIXED BAG OF GOODNESS TODAY

Sleds drags are great because they offer no eccentric loading and very little impact through the joints. They are also technically a very simple exercise.  Whilst they induce a major burn through the legs while you are doing them, they are actually a really good way to promote recovery for the legs. True story.
