A LITTLE TEAM WOD TO KICK OFF YOUR SATURDAY

Last nights WODs for The Battle was of the Ages comp at GEO – over 35’s vs under 35’s

 

WORKOUT OF THE DAY

In Teams of 3 complete 6 rounds for time of:
9 tyre flips and jump outs
6 tyre S2OH
200m KB farmers carry
30m partner wheel barrow
*Every 3 minutes on the minute until all 6 rounds are completed, each athlete performs:
1 Snatch + 2 OHS + 3 Snatch Grip Push Press @60/40kg
