Diaz takes for a 30min BREATHING WORKSHOP TONIGHT at 7.15PM then we’ll hit a little team WOD afterwards from 7:45 to 8:15pm

WORKOUT OF THE DAY

STRENGTH

Take 10 mins to build up to 75% of your 1RM Deadlift                           

METCON

A. 20 min EMOM (every 2 mins)                            

1. 5 Deadlifts @ 75%                 

2. 5 Strict Pull-ups + 10 Hand Release Push-ups          

B. 6 min AMRAP               

20 Kettlebell Swings 24/16kg                         

10 Burpees
