A FUN LITTLE WOD TO WRAP UP THE WORKING WEEK
WORKOUT OF THE DAY
This WOD is a cracker. It is a grind and requires a positive mindset to get through it. It is meant to be completed as an individual but if you want to share the pain with a friend, feel free to partner up and alternate each minute.
Hero WOD “Kalsu”
***Every minute on the minute, stop your thrusters and perform 5 burpees, then continue your thrusters. Keep going until 100 Thrusters are performed or the 40 min time cap is reached.
