So proud of how Laura attacked the Open this year – she just go in there and had a go.



5RM Deadlift


5 rounds for time of:

10 Strict Pull-ups

200m Run

20 Hand Release Push-ups

200m Run

***Focus on locking your midline in the push-ups and avoid worming.  Not only will this help to strengthen your core, it will improve body awareness and create a more efficient transfer of power
