Today’s workouts are proudly brought to you by Bunnings (the Coach, not the hardware store).  The first WOD in particular features movements that can be done in a really ugly fashion if you forsake good form to finish fast.  Focus on moving well and with good technique – you’ll get more out of it.

A. “Animal Farm”

10min AMRAP of:

40m Bear Crawl

20 Push-ups

40m Crab Walk

20 Wallballs

40m Duck Walk

20 Mountain Climbers

****5 min Rest

B. “Kettlebells Baby”

2 rounds for time of:

15 Kettlebell Deadlifts 24/16kg

200m Run

15 Kettlebell Swings 24/16kg

400m Run

15 Goblet Squats 24/16kg

800m Run
