It doesn’t matter if you finish. All that matters is that you give it your best shot.

We are finally here guys – the official last day of The Open for us at GEO. [cheers, roars]

As many of you have seen it’s fairly challenging workout, but one that just about everyone can do.  Give it all that you have got and finish the Open season with no regrets.  It doesn’t matter what time you get, just attack it and grind away at it.  If you finish it – awesome.  If  you don’t, at least you gave it a go (and got a bloody good workout from it).

For those of you new to GEO, take your time and stay mentally strong.  This is what the workouts of CrossFit are all about.  Keep chipping away one rep at a time and dig in. For those who have injuries, come in and we’ll modify the movements for you so that you can still experience as much as possible all that this workout has to offer.

Can I please ask that you guys are on time for the start of the session and ready to rock’n’roll.  Bunnings may need to run multiple heats (depending on numbers) and this can potentially be a 40 minute workout so time is of the essence.  If you come in early, start doing your own warm-up.  As with previous Open workouts, priority for the fractional plates will be given to those members who are actually registered for the Open. If there are not enough fractionals, then just go a touch lighter or a touch heavier – thanks.
