Wednesday Bodyweight Blitz

Today’s WOD is all about climbing the mountain and getting to the top.  It doesn’t matter how long you take, just keep grinding away.  As always, feel free to scale movements you cannot do, but if you can do a few reps, then go for it and try to knock them out.

20 Push-ups                    

10 Toes to Bar                     

10 Lying Straight Leg Raises
