Our new “Young Guns” Squad session starts today at 4.15pm.  We’ll be working with kids aged 10 -15 with the goal of improving their fitness, strengthening their minds, and building their confidence.  A new generation of GEO athletes will begin their journey today.  For those who normally come in for the Open Gym session, it is still running.  You may just have to move aside for the Young Guns.

If you want to burn some calories and push yourself into a sweaty, panting heap, then “Fight Gone Bad” is the WOD for you.  Of course, you can take it easy if you want, but where’s the fun in that? Enjoy!

3 rounds for max reps of:                                     

1 min Wall Balls                         

1 min Sumo Deadlift Highpulls 35/25kg                   

1 min Box Jumps                         

1 min Push Press 35/25kg                                  

1 min Row                                 

1 min rest
