Adam came into GEO with an injured foot and wearing a rehabilitation boot, but that didn’t stop him having a go at 17.2

SUNDAY SESSION at INDOOR ROCK CLIMBING THIS WEEK

This Sunday afternoon we’ll be hitting “ClimbFit” at St Leonards for a Sunday session of indoor rock climbing.  You can hire a harness and shoes at the centre if you do not have your own.  We’ll meet there at 4pm and get into it.  It doesn’t matter if you have never climbed before.  It’s easy to learn and a great workout.

Weighted Pull-ups               

3-3-3-3-3 (or 10 Strict pull-ups with band)        

METCON                        

B. 24 min EMOM (every 2 mins)                              

1. 200m Run                    

2. 10 Ring Dips + 10 Goblet Squats 24/16 +10 KBS 25/16                   

***scale ring dips so that the triplet is finished within 90 secs
