In pairs, perform 3 rounds of:                          

14 Deadlifts 100/70           

14 Muscle Ups (scale as needed)

B. 3 rounds of:                                   

30 Wallballs                            

30 T2B                               

Rest 5 mins                       

C. 1 round of:                   

200m Farmers Carry 24/16kg                              

40 Burpees          

200m Farmers Carry       

4 Rope Climbs
