This is just one big long chipper with dedicated 5 minute rests. Enjoy! We know some of you are still a little tender from 17.1 so feel free to scale as needed for all movements

In pairs, perform:

3 rounds of:

14 Deadlifts 100/70

14 Muscle Ups (scale as needed)

Rest 5 mins

B.3 rounds of:

30 Wallballs

30 T2B

Rest 5 mins

C. 1 round of:

200m Farmers Carry 24/16kg

40 Burpees

200m Farmers carry 24/16kg

4 Rope Climbs
