“POST 17.1” TEAM WORKOUT
Well, 17.1 is in the books. Well done to everyone who came in and had a go. It was tough. Bloody tough! But that’s why we do this stuff. If we wanted easy we wouldn’t be training at GEO.
I know many of you are going to be a little tender today so we have come up with a workout that you can work through in a team and have a bit of fun with.
WORKOUT OF THE DAY
Bench Press 5-5-5-5-5 (build up over the 5 sets)
In teams of 3, perform 18 min AMRAP of:
24 Strict Pull-ups (use a band if needed but keep them strict)
24 S2OH 50/35kg
48 Ring Rows
