Split Jerk 15 mins build to 75%
With today’s workout, really try to RXit if you can. Sometimes we can get into a comfort zone and not push ourselves to that next level. If you can do 5 Double Unders, then do Double Unders. If you can do one Chest to Bar, then do singles and take turns with your partner. Progress does not come from staying in our comfort zones. It comes from pushing the margins of our experience.

10 Split Jerks 50/35kg
20 Chest 2 Bar
80 Double Unders
