Meet us near the Boathouse Cafe for some “Out of the Box” Training.
In line with our philosophy of building a balanced athlete, it’s good to get outdoors in nature and add some uneven terrain, unpredictable weather, and new training environments to test the body and promote adaptation.
At GEO we already do a pretty good job of throwing at you all sorts of different training stimulus but real world challenges or sport aren’t always going to present us with smooth rubber floors and evenly balanced equipment to work with.
Tomorrow we’ll hit the sand and water to perform some body weight workouts coupled with a swim (or wading if you can’t swim) to tax the mind and body a little differently.
We’ll be there rain, hail or shine because different weather conditions just add to the challenge.
Afterwards you can unwind with a cuppa and a nice meal at The Boathouse.
Please feel free to bring partners, friends and kids. All are welcome to join in – no charge.
