***Don’t forget this Sunday we will be running a beach session at Balmoral Beach. We’ll meet at 8am near the Boathouse Cafe. All are welcome and please feel free to invite friends and family – no charge. You will be swimming so dress accordingly. If swimming is an issue for you we can change it up so that you can still participate.
WORKOUT OF THE DAY
3 sets of:
12 Weighted back rack BB Step ups (6 each leg)
20 Single Arm DB Push Press (10 each arm)
In teams of 4, perform for time:
400m tyre carry
30 S2OH with tyre
50 Tyre flips with jump in, jump out
