MENTAL TOUGHNESS WOD – the intent of this WOD is to go to that dark place each time. No sandbagging. For each of the rows you want to go as hard as you can. The true value of this WOD will only be realised if you do just that.
WORKOUT OF THE DAY
A. Row 500m for time – Rest 3 mins, then
B. In the time it took to row 500m, row for max distance, Rest 3 mins then,
C. Row for time the distance you got in Part B.
D. Ab Work
