BODYWEIGHT WEDNESDAY BABY!

With the Open just around the corner, it is important to get some movements dialled in.  Yesterday we hit Walballs and Box Jumps – an Open favourite.  Today we hit Double Unders, Toes to Bar and Burpees.  There is a very high likelihood that these will feature also.  But don’t stress if you can’t do them.  You can always scale for The Open.  If these have been hurdle for you tough, be sure to come in and work on them.

WORKOUT OF THE DAY

SKILL

Kipping Tech                                       

METCON

3 rounds of:                      

50 Double Unders              

20 Toes 2 Bar                                           

20 Burpees                     

***Record time for each round. Rest 3 mins between rounds.
