STRENGTH

In pairs, work through 3 rounds not for time of:    

200m Sled Drag 60/40kg                         

20 Bench Press 80/60kg                           

50 cal Bike                              

20 Bentover Barbell Row 80/60kg                   

***Rest as needed between movements.  Focus on quality reps.
