WOD – Tuesday 10 January 2017

We’ll be running a cool team WOD tonight at 7.15pm during the Talon session.  Come and join us.  The more, the better.  I would recommend not doing the sessions beforehand unless you are feeling extra energetic. Everyone is welcome.

STRENGTH

A. Hang Snatch + Snatch 1RM                   

B. OHS 4 x 3               

METCON

12 min EMOM            

1. 3 Rope Climbs             

2. 12 Box Jumps              

3. 15 Push-ups
