It’s the second week of 2017…….just saying.

Make the commitment to get yourself to training.  Book it in just like you would a business meeting or a coffee with friends.  It’s the one hour in the day when you are doing something that is truly for yourself that is more important than making money, or meeting deadlines, or watching something on TV.  It’s the one hour when you get to focus on you and you alone.  You have the choice to make yourself better.  To invest in your own health and wellbeing.  

WORKOUT OF THE DAY

STRENGTH

A. Front Squat 5 x 5 with a 3 sec pause in bottom                             

B. Strict Press 4 x 3                   

METCON

10 min AMRAP

20 KBS 24/16kg            

20 Wallballs
