WORKOUT OF THE DAY

STRENGTH

Back Squat 5 x 3                            

METCON

7 min AMRAP              

3 Thrusters 40/30                 

3 C2B                                

6 Thrusters                        

6 C2B                              

9 Thrusters                       

9 C2B etc……….              

**Record max reps. Treat this like an Open workout.  If time permits, pair up and judge each other for reps and standards of movement.  Scale as needed.
