B. Max Height Box Jumps
C. “Bring Sally Up”
Back squat 60/40kg – up and down in time with the lyrics from the song “Flowers” by Moby.
Bring Sally UP (you stand up). Bring Sally DOWN (you squat down and hold until you hear the word “UP”). Have fun. It’s a doozy!
