15 mins of mobility
Perform 8 sets of 20 secs of work, 10 secs of rest for each movement.
1. Squat Jumps
2. Bar Muscle Ups/C2B/Pull-ups
3. Assault Bike
4. Double Unders
***Rest 2 mins between each movement
