METCON

3 sets of:                     

50m shuttle run in 10m intervals, with a drop to the deck at each end. 

***Rest 90secs after the final person finishes between sets.                                

STRENGTH

A. 10RM Back Rack Weighted Step-up            

B. 3 rounds, not for time, of:                           

10 Turkish Get-ups (5 each side)
