WORKOUT OF THE DAY
Agility Shuttle Run
3 sets of:
50m Shuttle Run at 10m intervals.
*Go all out. About face and drop to the deck at each end.
**Rest approx 90 secs after the last person finishes between sets.
A. 10RM Weighted Step-ups
*5 reps on each leg. Bar is back racked.
B. 3 sets, not for time of:
10 Turkish Get-ups
**Alternate for 5 reps on each arm. Rest as needed between sets.
