Are you being limited by your lack of flexibility?
Are your shoulders tight?
Are your ankles and hips preventing you from getting into a good squat?
Sheer brute force and grunt work will only get you so far when it comes to training. Often what limits our improvement (i.e. PR’s, better technique, more efficient movement) is a lack of mobility.
If we can improve our mobility, we can move more freely. And if we can move more freely, we can put our body into a better position to perform tasks.
All of you by now have had a session with Coach Reace and you will have picked up on his incredible knowledge when it comes to mobility. Tomorrow night at 7.15pm , Reace will be showing you how to improve your mobility and giving you some tips that you can use to improve your performance.
