Single leg step-ups with BB on back 12-12-12 (alternate legs) build up to heavy weight on last set.
3 rounds (not for time) of:
15 Goblet Squats 24/16kg
60m Double Kettlebell front rack walk
40m Double Kettlebell OH walk
***Just get the work done – rest as needed.
