WOD – Thursday 27 October 2016


Guys, we’ve spent a lot of time this month working on our overhead squat as well as single arm/shoulder strength and stability. When you retest today, work your way up towards your 1RM, the go 1 or 2 kgs over.  Get yourself a PR then keep going heavier if you have more in the tank.  



1RM Overhead Squat Retest


20 min EMOM (every 5 mins), alternate between the two stations:

Station 1: 100m Sled Pull 80/60kg + 30 Push-ups

Station 2: 500m Row + 30 Walballs
