Time to retest your 400m Run
October has seen us place a focus on running, in addition to a couple of other movements. Today you get to retest your 400m Run. We have consistently used the 200m course for our 400’s. Today is no different. Yes, it is slower than running around the complex, but we are not testing that course. So come in today, regardless of whether you love or hate running. It is another challenge for you to conquer.
WORKOUT OF THE DAY
A. Record your best time:
3 x 400m Sprints (2 x 200m)
***Rest about 3 mins between each run
B. 3 rounds for time of:
10 Turkish Get-ups 20/12kg (5 each arm)
30 Walking lunges
