WORKOUT OF THE DAY

STRENGTH

A. 15 mins to fin a heavy 5RM Back Squat

B. 15 mins to find 3RM Push Press

METCON

Thruster Gauntlet

Start at 50% of 1RM Thruster.

Each min, perform 2 reps with weight increasing each minute until you reach failure.

Goal is to fin 2RM Thruster.
