5 Pull-ups (scale up to C2B if you can do them, or scale down to jumping pull-ups)

10 Push-ups

15 Squats

then

42-30-18

Thrusters 40/30kg

Ring Rows

then

42-30-18

Burpee Box Jumps

Overhead Squats 40/30kg
