Come in and join us for an epic partner WOD today. We are only running a 9:30am and 5:15pm session today. Back to normal tomorrow.



In pairs, perform:

A. Take 7 mins to find 2RM Thruster, then straight into next WOD

B. For time, in pairs:

1200m Run (around block)

10 Thrusters (at weight above)

50 Ring Rows

50 Anchored Sit-ups

50 Squat Jumps 20/15kg

50 KBS 24/16kg

1000m Row
