WORKOUT OF THE DAY

METCON

In teams of 3 perform:

800m Run together with one 20/15kg dumbbell

40 Dumbbell single arm Snatch (one person holds a plank while reps are performed)

800m run (as above)

40 Dumbbell single arm S2OH

(one person holds chin over bar on rig while reps are performed)
