50 Deadlifts 80/60kg

50 Ring Dips

5 Rope Climbs

50 Pistols

50 Hand Release Push-ups

Scaling – Rack Dips for Ring Dips; 10 sec hold on Rope for Rope Climb; Pistols on top of Box or Stand from seated position using one leg for Pistols.
