WORKOUT OF THE DAY
Today we will work on our pull-up strength. For those who have their strict pull-up, perform the weighted pull-ups using dumbbells or kettlebells for load. If you do not have your strict pull-up, you will work the same muscles using a modified version of the pull-up.

2 rounds of 5 mins AMRAP:
15 Push Press 30/20kg
15 Sumo Deadlift High Pulls 30/20kg
****Rest 2 mins between 5 min rounds
