METCON

A. 1600m Jog

***This is just a nice easy pace. Don’t go crazy.  We are just building a bit of endurance.  The pace should be comfortable                              

B. In pairs, perform 3 rounds of:                          

100 Wallballs                 

400m wallball run (run together – one wallball per team)
