WORKOUT OF THE DAY

STRENGTH

Bentover Barbell Row 5-5-5-5-5

Focus of good form and stability.  Engage the core and use the arms and back muscles to move the weight.  Avoid “kipping” through the hips.

STRENGTH/SKILL

Spend 20mins working on your Snatch technique and build to a heavy single rep.
